Finding a space
Does it cost anything to search for space?
No. Browsing and enquiring is completely free for anyone looking for space — you only pay if you advertise a space of your own.
Do I have to deal with an agent?
No. Every space on DirectSpace is advertised by its owner, so your enquiry goes straight to the person responsible for the space.
Where in the UK can I find space?
DirectSpace covers the whole of the United Kingdom. Filter by town or city on the browse page to see what is available in your area.
Listing your space
How do I list my commercial space?
Create an account, choose a plan, then add your space details and photos. Your listing is reviewed and goes live shortly afterwards.
How much does it cost to list?
Plans are billed monthly and priced by how many active listings you need. See the pricing page for the current plans and what each includes.
Can I edit or pause my listing?
Yes — you can edit details, photos and pricing, or pause and unpublish a listing, at any time from your dashboard.
How long does my listing stay live?
A standard listing stays live for 30 days. You can renew or extend it whenever you like from your dashboard.
Pricing and billing
Are there any contracts?
No. All plans are rolling monthly with no minimum term — you can cancel whenever you like.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings and you will not be billed again.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The monthly price you see is the only price — no commission, no setup fees and no charge per enquiry.
Enquiries
Do you charge commission on enquiries?
No. Enquiries come directly to you — we never take a commission or a cut of what you agree.
How do I receive enquiries?
Interested tenants and buyers contact you directly by message, email or phone. No agents are involved at any point.
